Who We Are
Gramercy Auctions, a Licensed Real Estate Brokerage and Auction Company, was created by two real estate agents who have more than twenty-five years of combined experience brokering, buying, selling, and leasing properties in New York metropolitan area. Our firm was created as a challenge to the industry:  The sales market needed to be streamlined.  For many sellers, properties were taking too long to be converted into cash.
